Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and has been a licensed Social Worker for over 20 years. 

A few years after serving in her first job as a mental health case manager, Chris returned to school and obtained a Master’s Degree in International Business.  While this is a seemingly unusual combination of academic interests, her business degree has proven to be instrumental in the Administration roles she has held, particularly those serving the aging population.  Chris is driven by data and is outcomes focused, with an expectation that healthcare organizations maintain financial stability and quality of care while succeeding in an ever-evolving market.  Chris’s business roles have encompassed budget development, strategic planning, operations, implementation of software platforms, marketing and sales.  Though her strengths can be realized using financial metrics, Chris would admit that her greatest achievements are by far those experiences of helping aging individuals in a time of need and making a profound difference in their lives. 

Chris’s passion for the aging population is evident in the many public speaking engagements she has delivered.  She enjoys educating professionals and consumers, and has served as a subject matter expert in venues such as National Public Radio (NPR) and key note speaker conference engagements. 

Chris is also a Professional Guardian and Notary Public.

Chris resides in Lee County and enjoys just about any water-related activities in her spare time.
